The lack of a proper lobby or road sign made it impossible for taxis to find the place!!! Limited seating options and missing personal item storage are also frustrating!!! Odd odors from the garbage room need addressing!!!

The Deluxe Double Room was super comfy! Clean, spacious, and had everything I needed. Air conditioning was quiet—thank goodness—so I could actually sleep. Loved the well-equipped kitchen too, made cooking so easy. Only downside? No real lobby area for hanging out or proper signage for taxis. Not a big deal though!

we loved our stay at court residence tokyo nakano! the flat was spacious and had all the necessary equipment, including a fantastic washing/drying machine. the vibrant nakano neighborhood is really close to shinjuku, making it easy to explore the city. the communication with the management was fast and friendly, which made everything smoother.
